1. Appointment Cancellations
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
- Missed appointments or “no-shows” will be considered as completed sessions and non-refundable.
2. Refunds for Services
- Payments made for consultations, virtual assistance, or business support services are generally non-refundable once the service has begun or materials have been delivered.
- If a refund is granted (at our discretion), it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- For prepaid service packages, refunds may be issued for unused portions only if requested before the project officially starts.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
- Frequent last-minute rescheduling may result in limitations or additional fees.
4. Service Modifications or Delays
- In rare cases where TheFlexistant needs to modify or delay a service (due to unforeseen circumstances), clients will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or equivalent service credit.
5. Digital or Customized Services
For personalized, digital, or ongoing services such as:
- Marketing strategy plans
- Technology or system setup
- Virtual assistance packages
Refunds will not be issued once the service has started, work has been initiated, or deliverables have been shared.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@theflexistant.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
